July 2010 Four Part Med/Surg Mission to Tanzania, and opening of a new Africom/USAID operating theatre in Tonga Province after missions to Korugwe

August 2010 Med/Surg training mission to Karen refugees and IDP's into three camps inside the Burmese jungle along the Salween river in Burma in Karen Province of what the military junta calls Myanmar.

September 2010 Mobile Surgical Mission to Palmar, Ecuador on the Pacific Coast with CinterAndes and delivery os surgical supplies through my colleague, Dr Edgar Rodas founding Dean of Universidad del Azuay, CinterAndes and former Minister of Health of Ecuador.

January-February 2011--Circumnavigation of the Globe with multi venue missions in Asia and Africa:

Asia:
  1. Surgical Mission with MMI in South Cotabato in Mindanao at TECH (Tiboli Evangelical Clinics and Hospital)
  2. Cordillera Province of Luzon in Mountain Province Hospital at Benaue for a full surgical week of volunteer operations for the poor of the mountain province.
Africa: Through Nairobi/Lokichoggio to Western Jonglei Province
  1. Werkok MCH (Memorial Christian Hospital) and delivery of a forty foot container as we do multiple operations and training sessions at Werkok and Bor (Jonglei capitol) as well as opening a surgical mission to the Malek Village of Lepers;
  2. PiBor, huge medical mission in "Clinics Under a Tree" for the Murle and then a surgical clinic with first operations to be performed in PiBor with subsequent referrals to the Dinka leadership of MCH, and a plan to refurbish the LaKungya Clinic of PiBor;
  3. West Equatoria, Nzara for supplying a new clinic in Zemio CAR for refugees of the DRC Congo fleeing the LRA to Zemio and Oboh; before return via Kenya homeward.

February-March 2011 Inaugural mobile surgical Mission to El Guabo near the Pacific Coast of Ecuador with CinterAndes and Dr Edgar Rodas's team whom I recruit and train for taking their mobile surgical expertise global to have the developing world Ecuadorian team assist another developing world Republic of South Sudan new team in mobile surgical missions without threat of colonization and with a guarantee of equipment supplies and continuing training.

August 14--31, 2011 - Thai/Burma border with incursion into the Burmese jungles of Karen Stat and the Shan State to teach Karen and Shan paramedics in the resistance to handle casualty care, tropical medicine and safe motherhood procedures with "wet lab" surgical drills for each ( see last August report and Team Rubicon web site on similar missions to the karen, I had led as well as "FBR" ="Free Burma Rangers")

October 2011 - Mobile Surgical Mission with CinterAndes into Amazonas Province of Ecuador for the Cuenca base of the Universidad del Azuay with my colleague Dr. Edgar Rodas founding Dean of the Universidad del Azuay, and CinterANdes and former Minister of Health of Ecuador whom I am taking with the team of the Mobile surgical Mission to establish a comparable truck-based mission (in the Sudanese dry season) and a Nile River barge (similar to the Amazon River barge) platform in the Equatorial rainy season.

November 29-December 12 2011 - North Sudan to Khartoum based medical/surgical mission to the prison camps of refugees and IDP's of the GOS and Darfur, in collaboration with the Gena Foundation and with the German group Howmedica and carrying a container with fifty Swiss donated Hospital beds and surgical equipment.

December 27, 2011-February 12, 2012 (See 11-APR-A-5) for the next Circumnavigation with multiple missions described therein for Africa (1--four venues in S Sudan, 2 two venues in Chad, 3 Two venues in CAR for the Congolese refugees of the LRA victims now in Zemio and Oboh) then eastward to three venues in the Philippines outer islands--91 TECH at South Cotabato in Mindanao for a week and 2 Palawan in Rojas, RP) before return home

March 2012 - Sierre Leone to be scheduled with former missionary ousted by the civil war through Freetowne to interior provinces on a med/surg and rehabilitation clinic (see Bergner's book on the story of Paul Kortenhoven and family to be visited on Friday and the mission scheduled.)

April-May 2012 - to be scheduled a return surgical mission to Manali and the Kaza Spiti Valley of Himalayan India with Drs Laji and Sheila Varghese as I had worked before in the Good Shepherd Hospital of Manali in the Lady Willingdon Trust

June 2012 - Return to Tanzania and Malawi as we had i med/surg missions last year to work in Tanga province and in the Korugwe village and an Africom USAID rehabilitated theatre hospital we opened last year; then on to Embangweni Hospital with the CCAP (Church of Central Africa, Presbyterian) an indigenous hospital staff founded by David Livingstone (see Embangweni web site)

July 2012 - A return to Cuenca Ecuador for a new mobile surgical mission to another province of Otovalo for an inaugural surgical mission in Ecuador with CinterAndes and Anna Taft and her Tandana Foundation
